For over 30 years Al Fadel has practiced in construction area legal matters for both public and private projects including claims, delay, defects, acceleration, contractual disputes, liens, stop notices and bond claims. He also practices in the real estate title, lien, priority and transaction areas. His practice also includes general counseling for clients prior, during as well as after the completion of projects and transactions. Mr. Fadel has been lead counsel in numerous arbitrations, litigation matters and resolution of complex construction and real estate matters.
Mr. Fadel also acts as a mediator and/or arbitrator.
