Professional Experience

Bryan M. Gragg is an associate based in the firm’s Las Vegas office. He joined the firm in 2009 and practices construction, commercial and business litigation in California and Nevada. Mr. Gragg has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in connection with both private and public projects. He has extensive knowledge of Mechanic’s Lien Law, and other statutory rights, available to unpaid contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. 
 
Prior to joining the firm he was Vice President of Business Operations at a Southern California based construction company. His five years of construction administration experience and fifteen years of experience in the construction industry give him a unique practical perspective of the challenges that may arise during all phases of construction.

Mr. Gragg obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and is a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelors of Science degree in physiology and neuroscience with a special emphasis in neural biology, molecular biology and organic chemistry. Mr. Gragg is a co-author of two peer-reviewed research papers regarding the neural effects of the HIV virus which he studied during his post-graduate work.
