Gary E. Scalabrini is a partner with the firm where he practices employment law and complex business litigation.
Mr. Scalabrini represents employers and management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination. He represents employers at the trial and appellate levels of both state and federal courts, as well as before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. He also represents management in wage and hour and prevailing wage matters before the U.S. Department of Labor and California Labor Commissioner. He counsels clients in various aspects of human resource management, including employee discipline, employee handbooks, policy review and claims prevention.
Mr. Scalabrini has extensive experience in complex business litigation. He also focuses on a wide variety of issues, including business torts, contract disputes, trade secrets and unfair competition.
