Jonathan B. Wolf is a partner at the firm. He regularly represents clients with their business and real estate transactions and disputes. Mr. Wolf counsels clients with respect to wide variety of commercial transactions, including partnerships and joint ventures, technology licenses, real estate purchases and sales, leases, mergers and acquisitions, and venture funding. Mr. Wolf’s clients range from retail stores to Internet companies, and manufacturers and distributors to shopping centers.

Mr. Wolf has represented clients in numerous commercial transactions, acting as outside counsel for companies that include manufacturing, distribution, transportation, medical corporations, real estate companies and various nonprofit corporations. His experience ranges from buy/sell agreements for small companies to multi-million dollar transactions adverse large corporations, and frequently negotiates sale agreements, credit agreements and leases from the perspective of the seller, the buyer, the borrower, lessor and the lessee. Mr. Wolf was also the General Counsel to a privately-held computer software company, where he negotiated and created intellectual property licensing agreements, stockholders’ agreements for common and preferred investments, source code escrows, stock incentive plans, sale-leasebacks and employment and severance agreements.
