Lynsey M. Eaton is an associate with the firm. She practices in the areas of commercial, business litigation, and construction litigation. Ms. Eaton represents clients from a number of different industries with a concentration in the construction industry. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of construction law and statutory remedies. Her articles have been published by construction trade industry publications and the Continuing Education of the California Bar Real Property section. In addition, Ms. Eaton is an ongoing co-author for the Acret’s California Construction Law Digests.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Ms. Eaton worked at a leading national fashion publication in New York City. She currently represents a number of Los Angeles based fashion industry clients under her commercial practice.
Ms. Eaton obtained her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, Malibu, California; and her Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Apparel with honors from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas.
