Richard E. Haskin is a partner with the firm. His practice concentrates on general commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Haskin represents a variety of businesses, general contractors, material suppliers, municipalities, and property owners and developers. Mr. Haskin has represented his clients in all aspects and phases of litigation, including trial and appeal. Mr. Haskin’s practice also includes a focus on provisional remedies, i.e. writs of attachment and injunctions.
Mr. Haskin also focuses all phases and legal aspects related to the formation, development, syndication, construction and operation of outpatient surgery centers and private medical practices. Mr. Haskin counsels outpatient surgery centers, medical clinics, private medical practices and physicians. This practice includes a concentration on health care construction and design, medical practice financing, Medicare/Medicaid law, including the Medicare/Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Statute all related Safe Harbor opinions, and the Stark Act.
