Professional Experience:

Seth Eaton is an associate in the firm’s transactional department. He counsels clients in a wide variety of real estate and business transactions, including real estate purchases and sales, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, supply arrangements and licensing. Mr. Eaton also assists small and mid-sized firms to secure initial start-up funding and venture capital.
