Steven R. Cuneo Jr. has been a partner with the firm for over a decade. His practice focuses on the areas of insurance and risk management, contract drafting, and advising clients on asserting or defending against claims on construction projects. Mr. Cuneo has significant experience advising clients on insurance coverage disputes to ensure that clients receive all appropriated benefits under all insurance policies that cover the dispute facing the client. Mr. Cuneo brings his experience to a considerable range of insurance coverage disputes including: employment (EPLI), errors and omissions (E&O), commercial general liability (CGL) policy coverage disputes. He also advises the firm’s owner and contractor clients on construction projects including commercial buildings, hospitals, casinos, power plants, fire stations, manufacturing facilities, and large residential developments.
