Victor F. Luke is a partner at the firm focusing primarily on construction, real estate, insurance and business transactions. Mr. Luke has successfully resolved dozens of disputes in his clients’ favor, from pre-litigation settlements to arbitrations, trials, and appeals. Mr. Luke was co-chair on a jury trial which resulted in a $54 million dollar judgment for the client, wherein he spearheaded innovative and successful efforts to extend engineer liability further than previously achieved by any California attorney. Mr. Luke also prides himself on the speedy resolution of disputes before a lawsuit is ever filed.
