NAIOP, Southern Nevada chapter will be providing a seminar to its Nevada members to address the HUGE Implications of Lease Agreements Part Two.  NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is a leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate.

This seminar is an Interactive Case Study on the Consequences of Foreclosure on Existing Leases and will be Addressing Questions:

 

1.  - I have a signed lease, why should I care if my building is sold or foreclosed?
2.  - My lease is void? But what about all the improvements I paid for?
3.  - If my building is sold, can a new landlord change the terms of my lease?
